Correspondence Courses
Drawing course: 8 weeks
This course is designed to improve your drawing skills. Although you will not earn a formal qualification, you will find it very beneficial whether you are working towards developing a portfolio in your art/design studies, or simply wish to persue drawing as a hobby.
This is the same format as the Drawing course on the 'Artclasses' page, but with a couple of alterations.
Weekly demonstration DVDs for each lesson will be available for you to access with a designated password by January 2009. These lessons are approximatly half an hour long and consist of myself giving comprehensive drawing demonstrations and taking you through the process step by step as I do it.
High quality resolution DVDs of each lesson will be available for NZ$40 each (includes postage). Each week I invite you to send me a jpg. of your work so that I can advise you on any improvements which could be made. Each week you can also down load visual imagery (pictures) related to the weekly topic for you to also use as a guide for your own drawing. By the end of eight weeks you will have a comprehensive file of your own work and downloaded imagery to accompany it.
